MY APPROACH
My approach as your designer is simple and my intention is clear: to listen to you wholeheartedly, create beauty reflective of you, and activate your love through flowers. Working with me goes like this:

Via the inquiry form and a subsequent consultation meeting, I learn everything I need to about who you are, what brings you alive about flowers, and what’s important to your love. You share the details of your wedding including all of the elements you want (I can help you lots here!).
You figure out if Frida’s Flowers is the best fit for you. Simple as that!

Following our consultation, I offer my bravest suggestions to you through an emailed proposal that includes a full-fledged mood board based on inspiration you send me, as well as a quote with a complete price breakdown so you can know where your money is going in detail. You review, offer feedback and edits, and we align on your budget.

You book by signing a contract that gives us both ease of mind, as well as pay your 50% retainer fee to ensure your date is locked in. Then, I get to work on mock-ups and we schedule our first design session (in-person or virtual).

I am an open book throughout this whole process, ensuring we’re always on the same page. We meet a minimum of three times for ~45 minutes each time between booking and wedding day, but if you need to meet more or communicate with me beyond those meetings, you’ll have full access to me the whole time.

Wedding Day has arrived! By this point, your flowers are designed and ready for set up at your venue, I’m in active communication with your wedding-coordinator so you don’t have to worry about anything day of, and my team and I ensure your vision is produced seamlessly.
